We are pleased to offer a comprehensive Rent and Legal protection service
- 100% of rent paid until vacant possession, with no monthly cap
- Nil excess on claims made within the first 45 days
- Legal expenses cover, including appeals and representation
- Property damage legal cover for disputes over £1,000
- Up to £1,000 beyond the deposit towards damages
- 90% of rent for up to six weeks after vacant possession (if re-let through us)
- Cover for increased rent following a valid Section 13 notice
- First month’s rent covered if tenancy is executed but unpaid before key handover
- Eviction support for squatters
- 90 days of alternative accommodation and storage for landlords unable to return
- 90-day claim window from first missed payment
- Automated claims process for faster resolution
- Auto-renewal for uninterrupted protection
