Founded in 2005 by Jan, our agency was built on deep industry knowledge and a commitment to building long-term relationships. Many of our original landlords from those early days remain loyal clients today – a testament to the trust we’ve earned and maintained. In 2014, Jenna joined the team, bringing fresh energy and operational expertise to support our growing portfolio. Together, we offer a truly hands-on, one-to-one service that treats every property, and every person, with respect.

We’re a small team, and that’s by design. When you work with us, you’re not just a number on our books – you’ll always know who you’re speaking to, and we’ll know your property inside and out. Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, you’ll receive the same thoughtful, professional service we’d expect ourselves.

Our portfolio is primarily based in Bishop’s Stortford, a thriving lettings market thanks to its excellent rail links to Cambridge, London, and Stansted Airport. We also manage select properties in Harlow and Hertford and are happy to consider managing additional quality properties in those areas.

Lettings and property management are at the heart of everything we do. It’s our sole focus, and every decision we make is shaped by what we believe is best for our landlords, tenants, and the homes we look after.
