FULLY MANAGED 10% + VAT for duration of tenancy
10% of the rental amount which is deducted at source monthly in advance

LET ONLY 10% + VAT of six months’ rent
10% of 6 months rental income which is deducted in full from the first month’s rental payment

* All maintenance issues and repairs are carried out by our recommended tradesmen. Charges are passed on to our Landlords at ‘cost price’; we do not add any commission or arrangement fees.

** Please note; under current legislation an annual gas safety check is required at all rental properties with a gas supply. We monitor when annual gas safety checks are due and instruct our qualified Gas Safe engineer to attend. A charge of £75 will be applied for this service if required.

*** Please note; under current legislation an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for most rental properties, these are valid for 10 years. A charge of £75 will be applied for this service if required.
